To called leadership. Leadership can also be defined

To start, there are several ways to define leadership. A process that
influences other people to achieve an objective and leads the company or
community in a way to make it more coherent and consistent is called
leadership. Leadership can also be defined as a process of leading people in
the right direction in order to achieve goals. Leaders smear leadership
attributes such as values, knowledge and skills to implement this process in
any organization. Leadership guarantees that that the organization works successfully
and accomplishes the wanted goals.

 It motivates
people to shine in the field they are working. leadership does not mean yelling
at your followers to achieve certain tasks. Leadership does not mean just
imparting instructions to its followers but also striving hard to implement and
achieve the desired goals. If you are the boss of a company that does not
necessarily mean you will have leadership abilities. Leadership makes its
followers want to accomplish and achieve high goals. Thus, leadership will be appropriately
defined as a process that inspires the followers to achieve their objectives.
Leadership qualities are not natural but can be developed slowly through
education and self-study. Leadership is about developing the persistence
and passion among its followers, colleagues, friends, community members to get
the wanted result. Few people have defined leadership as an ability to convert
dream into reality.

What is leadership to me? For me, Leadership is an
ability to lead and collaborate with others, respecting others’ opinions,
without losing your own trust. I believe good leader will always find a way to
solve a problem, even if situation seems hopeless. I find that one of the most
important things is to trust in what you do. Because If you’re not convinced
about something, how can you lead the others?

 Leadership is
very important to me because I was once a leader of my cricket team. As an
leader I was very caring, motivating, and always concerned for rest of my team.
I tried to build excellence and character. I proved myself trustworthy so that other
players would look up and admired me. Since I was striving to be a good leader
I had to be honest, inspiring, intelligent, and stood firm for what I believed
in, not backing down. As a truly committed leader, I strived to know more and
continually to improve my skills. I did not sit down and watching life go by. I
believe that a true leader becomes skilled by studying and following the
mistakes and accomplishments of others. Putting himself out there, in the real
world, he is able to relate to others in their daily lives. While there is no
such thing as a flawless leader, the job should still be done to the best of
his capability.
I see leadership in my father who is a model for me in life; he has been a
great influence on my life since I was born. His ethics and values, his energy
during tough times still serve as example to me, while Chuck Langill, Manager
at my workplace is a role model for me in professional life and for my vision
of success. I have seen first-hand the difference between effective and
ineffective leaders.

Everyone has strengths
and weaknesses, some are same and some are different from others. I believe one
of my personal strengths in communication is that I can talk to just about
anyone that I interact with. I enjoy talking to people. In communication, my
strength would be that I have the capability to listen as well as respond . I enjoy
having conversation with people of different cultures, religions, and races because
it gives me a chance to learn more about their lifestyle. I have learned to
communicate well with people, because I am an outgoing and social person. I
communicate better one on one compared to group of people. I have a weakness
with communication when it comes to having to speak to a large group of people.
I become very nervous with my face turning red and will sometimes even forget
what I wanted to say.

My weakness in
communication is also similarly when I have to speak in front of the class, or
in front of a very large group of public. I become nervous, because my weakness
of thinking that they are more focused on me than on the information that I
will be presenting. I work at that weakness by having the personal strength to
try to make the presentation pleasing so that the focus will not be so much on
the on me but the information be presented to the people. I have learned
through the years that it is important to stay focused on your strengths and
not your weaknesses and to realize that for the most part everybody else is
probably just as nervous as I am. I have strength in the fact that I can talk
about most subjects very openly. I try to communicate just the point I am
trying to make and have the point clear to those who are listening.

for me is pretty easy depending on the topic being discussed. I sometimes have
a weakness in the fact that I may be sometimes too honest with my answer and do
not ponder before answering. Now I understand that when you are communicating
with people, they really do not want the truth because it hurts and could be offensive.

I find that it is much easier
for me to communicate, when I have knowledge of the discussion being discussed.
I am very weak when it comes to opening a conversation and leading the
discussion. I will avoid a conversation as much as possible when I have to
present the information to be discussed.

Another weakness I have is in
my non-verbal communication skills. The weakness could be described as
sometimes my body language will give a different answer than what I would have said.
When I am using non-verbal communication as a point of contact I will agree to
something from just listening to the topic being discussed. I try to give attension
to my non-verbal communication skills, because I want the non-verbal to be just
as understandable as the verbal. With non-verbal communication, I try to give
more eye contact so that there is no mix-up of the communication that I intended.
I find nodding your head helps in non-verbal communication, because it can say a
lot. In my communication skills, I have learned that if I highlight the
strengths, then the weaknesses would not be so clear.

Since I communicated with all
different types of people, I once was told that if I stop and think for five
seconds before I speak, my communication skills would present themselves in a
most intellectual manner. Communication comes somewhat easy for me, because I
like to talk, but just talking and not communicating would become a weakness.

I try to always have
something to communicate to other people that would be beneficial. Whether
communicating verbally or non-verbally your actions will mostly, represent how
you are feeling about a particular subject or discussion. When it is possible
always, try to communicate verbally and have the person you are communicating
with recognize that they understand what you are saying.

Communication, is a very influential
tool and when you understand your strengths and weaknesses in that area you
will be able to communicate much more efficiently with others. When you are
communicating, with different types of people you will be able to decide if
verbal or non-verbal communication would be the best method according to their
