Groups undergo an optimal development at this stage. Finally, Tuckman’s Adjourning stage, this stage refers to the breakup of relationships and the end of task behaviors. Members would have a chance to say goodbyes and a saying of compliment for their contribution and achievement. The termination of the group can create a crisis or make people experience a stage of mental trauma. Facilitation of the disengagement process is an effective way to this stage. There are some benefits when we work in a team.
