Previously thesystem was called as Customers Information Billing System (CIBS) that wasimplemented in 1995, but later the system was re-implemented to the second version ofsystem to suit TNB?s operations demand and called as Enhanced Customers InformationBilling System (eCIBS). eCIBS billing system is currently used by all TNB staffnationwide in their daily operations until now. eCIBS system functions and features is toconsolidate, manage, data storing purposes, reporting, providing output to internal orexternal users, retrieve large volumes of information, organize information disnationwithin its internal business operation and subsequently to its customers.
